I asked my sales rep about this and he said &quot;that&#039;s just the way it works.&quot; They may have changed this requirement since then, but that was the case.</description>

		<description>Nice write up about the Dell. I would like to clarify a couple of things however. One does not need to register in order to update or load any software with Panasonic. Simply go to the Toughbook site and pick your model and OS. The Toughbook line that Dell compares themselves to are rated for Mil Spec 810-G, which is a step above the F of Dell. You made a very good observation in that the XFR line is &quot;rebuilt&quot; to rugged specs. The biggest difference is that the Toughbook is made from scratch to be rugged. If you were to ever start taking one apart you will see a huge difference in how they are made. Great write up!</description>
